WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?

 

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that brings practitioners to a state of conscious relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. By following a systematic process of body scan and breath awareness, individuals experience deep relaxation while staying mentally alert.

Rooted in ancient yogic principles, Yoga Nidra is accessible to all levels and offers stress reduction, improved sleep, and overall well-being benefits. It serves as a therapeutic tool for relaxation, stress management, and self-exploration, providing a pathway to profound states of rest and inner peace.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a therapeutic practice rooted in the ancient use of sound to soothe and restore the mind and body. Various instruments such as crystal singing bowls and energy chimes are used to create an immersive experience. The vibrations and tones produced by these instruments provide a unique auditory and sensory experience.

Sound baths guide participants into a meditative state, allowing them to benefit from the therapeutic effects of sound vibrations on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

You will begin with gentle movements to release physical tension before settling into savasana for the start our Yoga Nidra practice. Your sound practitioner will then lead you through an immersive soundbath, leaving you in a state of profound relaxation.

WHAT TO BRING
 

Our Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath is enjoyed lying down; with props & blankets provided for comfort. We recommend bringing any extras pillows, socks or blankets so you can be a comfortable & warm as possible throughout the entire experience.
