WHAT'S HAPPENING & WHEN?

DAY ONE

Arrive to the secluded venue and park in the free car park. Come to reception to sign in, pick up your goodie bag and enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee whilst we wait for everyone to arrive. Print Foundry's beautiful range of products will also be on display for you to browse through.

Once everyone is here, we'll start the day with a group ice breaker, nothing embarrassing or to put you at the centre of attention don't worry, but some fun activities to get you talking to eachother. Now we're all feeling comfortable with who we're spending the next couple of days with, let's crack on with our day.

Throughout the day there will be a range of workshops, talks, activities, fun and games and socials (check out the itinerary above, some are paid, some are free). If you want to just socialise and be with friends, feel free to roam and do your own thing, or join in on one of the various complimentary talks, workshops and activities. These don't need to be pre-booked so just see how you feel on the day. Full workshops and massages need to be booked and paid for in advance.

On the first evening we'll keep it low key, with a buffet style two course meal amongst mingling and networking. Outdoors will be free for all and the tipi will be open for socialising with a drink or two as well.

DAY TWO

Whether you've stayed on site or not, you will have breakfast included in your ticket so before the day starts, fill your tummy with a buffet breakfast (continental and cooked).

Just like on day one, there will be a range of workshops, talks, activities, fun and games and socials (check out the itinerary above, some are paid, some are free). If you want to just socialise and be with friends, feel free to roam and do your own thing, or join in on one of the various complimentary talks, workshops and activities. For the last 2 hours of the event, there will be a carboot style destash so you can bring your old and unwanted props and earn a few extra pennies for the many drinks you'll be having at the dinner. Don't have anything to sell? Just do a bit of final retail therapy.

This is the final evening and the one where we'll hopefully party long into the night. Enjoy a three course meal between award announcements (view awards page for how this works) followed by a band performing, as well as a DJ so we can dance until our feet hurt.

Once the bar closes, there's no time limit to how late we can stay in the tipi, having drunken chats around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and playing beer pong.

FREE DAILY ACTIVITIES

Lots of other fun activities will be going on throughout the venue which are still in the planning process. Some will be just for a laugh, some will be photography related, some will be therapeutic. As well as the massages, facials and yoga, we'll be doing things like head shot exchanges, woodland camera walks, photography challenges, roasting marshmallows and of course drunken beer pong!

FOOD & DRINK

You'll get 3 meals a day, plus all refreshments included within your ticket price.

This is a buffet style breakfast (cooked and continental) on both days, a buffet style lunch, a 2 course meal on the first evening (the social gathering) and a 3 course meal on the second evening (awards ceemony).

Unlimited hot drinks, water and sweat treats will be available throughout both days. Alcoholic and soft drinks from the bar are at your own cost.

TRANSFORMATION CIRCLE & EMPOWERMENT PHOTOSHOOT

There's so much going on, but included in your ticket price is a spot on the women's transformation circle, and an empowerment photoshoot. So once you've booked your favourite workshops and massages, you'll be allocated a slot for each of these.
